Description
DotBot Click is an educational robot whereby you can create robots with Arduino UNO R3, and all kinds of Raspberry Pi including PiZero.
This robotic platform allows the students not only to learn robot programming, but also to modify easily the chassis and create new custom parts.
All parts of this robot fits perfectly between them without using any screw.
Since it is an open source platform the robot can be freely modified, copied, and shared across the Internet. In addition, it is extremely cheap, in fact the cost is determined almost exclusively by the DC Motors, electronics and sensors.
It has been designed to attach other components such as servos, DC Motors, LEDs, push buttons, buzzer, and other sensors.
This work was created by two professors:
Michele Maffucci - IIS Galilei Ferrari - Torino - Italy Ludovico Russo - Researcher - Politecnico di Torino - Italy
Build Instructions:
The robot assembly is easy. More detailed instructions can be found on this link: http://www.maffucci.it
Even though the instructions are written in Italian, there are a lot of pictures (I will translate them into English soon)
