Description
Update: 6SEP2018: I uploaded 3 new roller sizes and renamed the original size to 96mm. The roller width sizes are now 96mm (original), 106mm, 126mm, and 170mm. Those are the spool sizes these rollers will accommodate. Don't forget that you'll need the corresponding spool roller lock as well
I decided to create a new filament roller that is smaller than my original. This is small, lighter weight, and uses less filament than my original design.
The rollers are a larger diameter than they needed to be but that was to increase torque and lower rolling resistance of the spools. That puts less stress on the extruder stepper motor.
There are small recesses to add rubber feet on the bottoms of the sides.
Print each file twice to make a full roller set.
UPDATE 9JUL2017: I have added locking clips to prevent the roller sides from coming apart. This works great even if the bearings have a loose fit. Print 2 and attach per the photos
Requires: 4 x 608zz bearings
