Description
Parts are designed to print with 1mm nozzle with vase/spiral mode!
Simple organizing drawer boxes which can be hanged under shelf.
Drawers and sleeves are in 3 different lengths (6 cm, 8.8 cm and 11 cm) with 2 type of drawers with different handles. Side of sleeve square is 8 cm.
Joints are dovetail type with rectangular cavities to help hold sleeves in place after joining them together. Sleeves can be jointed with 50% offset increasing possibile combinations.
Sleeves have offset upper edge to better keep drawer inside.
Design already contains high tolerances but if you want to print this with different nozzle size than 1mm then i suggest print 2 sleeves but only 1 cm or 2 cm height to test joints and settings. If you want to print it with other nozzle size than 1mm then you must calculate your line width, perimeters count and bottom layers count by yourself.
perimeters count = 1 mm / line widthbottom layers count = 1.5 mm / layer height
Remember! No infill! No top layers!
