Description
This is a remix of Justintime3ddesign's Lego Extruder Knob, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3546153 . I remixed it so I could add some of the figures and vehicles from my kids old Lego Dimensions game stuff that they don't play anymore.
This remix comes with two designs. The first is are three regular extruder knobs with the various combination of Lego Dots/Pegs/Bumps on them (1x1, 1x2, 2x2).
The second version is a bottom knob with an indention where you can pick one of the three disks with the aforementioned Dots/Pegs/Bumps on them. The idea here is that you can just print the knob once and switch out the disks as you see fit. I suggest a light adhesive (tape, elmers school glue, etc.) if you want to go this route.
When printing either knob it is up to you how to orient the prints and support them. Right side up makes the tops smooth but requires more support, while upside down saves you in plastic but can make the tops rough. It's your call but I go right side up for the one piece option and upside down for the two piece one.
Thanks for checking these out and I hope you enjoy them.
