Description
This model is a conceptual model I have made after the problem with the jack I made that used a single counter thread. The problem whit the single counter thread is that de motor spins around if not mounted.
The double counter thread doesn't have that problem.
This model is a bit big, in my opinion, and needs some design improvements, like using metal rods.
I tried to find if someone already uses/made this system online but didn't find anything. I believe it should already exist. However, I can't find it at all.
3d printed parts:
Most parts need to be printed 2x except the mount of the NEMA motor, the small gear,
!!!!!!AND the nut left and nut right, do not print one file twice. ( as usual bad at giving names)
Also, I used the clamp for demonstration purposes, so it is not needed.
non-3d printed parts:
M3x8 screw 2x
M5x45 screw 2x
M5 nut 2x
NEMA 17 motor + (driver, power, and so on).
with one clamp:
M5x45 screw 3x
M5 nut 1x
