REQUIRED : 300mm x 300mm bed size.
i printed this on a Ender 3 Max
support that is needed varies part to part.
infill also varies from part to part.

Infill % / support / type of brim i used / type of ironing the part is listed below, including estimated print time for each part

you need approximately 1Kg of 1.75 mm filament
i strongly suggest to start printing the systainer dust ports, so you can see if your printer is accurate to accept the 58 mm hose connection from a Festool vac.
dust ports will accept 58 mm connector
you do need to do a little assembly:

Note: The inside part is connected to the lid with m40 thread , this thread is thin and only meant to keep the 2 pieces at the right location and hold them together till glue set up.

bottom part 1 and 2 should be assembled, broke this part up so it doesn't need as much support

the brackets supposed be mounted on top of the lid, underneath the top out lead tube

you do need to create some holes in your systainer , i was going to sandwiche the base of sys 2 , the lid of a sys 5 and the cyclone base part 1 together using m6 bolts with washers and nuts .but i might just put the base part in the top systainer using silicone.
i also added a expansion foam ring between the two systainers to make sure there is no leakage between them.

the holes in the corner on the bootom need to be closed, its an open channel to the inside of the systainer.

there also needs to be some kind of support in the collection systainer to prevent its pulling together,i think i will use an original lid insert, and make some kind of wood inlay to prevent it to collaps under the negative pressure, still working on that part but i will update when its working

once the collection systainer is full, you can easily open the t loc and empty it.

if you printed it out, and you are pleased with it, please let me know in the comments, also credits are very much appreciated!
