At the end of each filename, you'll see a count (1x, 2x, etc). Print that number of the given part in the provided orientation, or whatever seems best to you.

Print with 3-4 walls, 100% infill on the grips, 40% gyroid infill on the jaws, and 10% gyroid or grid on the grip offsets.

I also recommend securing the grip pins using CA glue or your strong adhesive of choice. PLA tends to take 2-part epoxy fairly well.

I've made the front pins threaded so custom-made jaws can be created and they can be swapped out at will. Go nuts!
