Beschrijving

A 3D-printable twist-lock jack pad / lift puck designed for compatible Porsche factory lift points. The puck inserts into the vehicle’s jack point and locks in place with a 90-degree turn, helping it stay positioned while placing a floor jack, lift arm, or jack stand adapter.

This design is useful for maintenance, tire changes, detailing, track prep, and general garage work.

Fitment

Designed for Porsche models using the compatible factory lift point style.

Known intended fitment:

  • Porsche 911 / Carrera: 1987–2019

    • Includes late G-body, 964, 993, 996, 997, and 991 models
  • Porsche Boxster: 1997–present

    • Includes 986, 987, 981, and 718-generation Boxster models
  • Porsche Cayman: 2006–present
    • Includes 987, 981, and 718-generation Cayman models

Please verify your vehicle’s lift point shape before use, especially on model-year transitions, modified vehicles, or cars with damaged/altered underbody lift points.

Included Designs

One-piece version

The one-piece version is intended for dual-nozzle 3D printers only.

Recommended materials:

  • Main body: TPU
  • Support material: PLA or another removable support material printed from the second nozzle

This version requires support, so it is not recommended for single-nozzle TPU printing.

Two-piece version

The two-piece version is designed to print without support.

Recommended materials:

  • Main puck body: TPU
  • Insert/locking piece: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or another common rigid filament

After printing, the two parts must be glued together securely before use.

Recommended Print Settings

For the TPU part:

  • 4 walls/perimeters
  • 40% or higher infill
  • Slow TPU print speed recommended
  • Strong layer adhesion settings recommended
  • Use a durable TPU with good compression resistance

For the rigid insert piece:

  • PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or similar material
  • 3–4 walls recommended
  • 30%+ infill recommended

Notes

The twist-lock design allows the puck to be inserted into the Porsche lift point and rotated 90 degrees to help hold it in place. This makes positioning easier and reduces the chance of the pad falling out before lifting.

Always inspect the printed part before each use. Do not use damaged, cracked, poorly bonded, or under-extruded parts. Use at your own risk, and never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack.
