As time progresses, hobby electronics are becoming more and more complex. Well, at least mine are... My last design had over 400 surface mount components and the usual "solder blob and place" technique was getting tedious. So, instead of spending several hundred dollars on a basic stencil printer I decided to make one that ran me about $30.
