OUR PLAN IS:
1.1
Development of robotic, ant-like 3D printer (ant-bot)
on Earth, Fabrication optimization, Function testing
Thousands of ant-like 3D printers provide more flexibility than 1 or 2 3D printers. If small group of robots do not survive landing on the Mars, they can be replaced by other ones. This concept of small missions will highly increase success of main mission. Each new package of robots will join the cloud. It is the same principle of survival as ants on Earth.
1.2
Building robotic factory and magnetic cannon on the Moon
Testing in real conditions
1.3
Shooting initial package to Mars (basic set of ant-bots, essential parts for building solar recharging center and nuclear reactor
to ensure enough energy in the beginning).
1.4
Shooting additional packages containing small groups of ant-bots and flying drones (app. 1 drone for 10 ant-bots) to Mars.
2.1
Completion of solar power plants (power supply for ant-bots and flying drones) drones provide recharging support for ant-bots
(drone flies between power plant and ant-bots).
2.2
Ant-bot examines the terrain and performs geological analysis (for its own calibration and sharing data with other ant-bots).
2.3
Every ant-bot starts printing. Using laser, it melts sand, applies layer after layer and creates cells. It works, diggs underground, strenghtens walls and adds new cells to existing ones. There are small openings left between cells so ant-bots can move freely.
An intricate, complex cell structure is being created. Construction is not a man-made design, it is solely the work of pre-programmed
ant-bots following simple rules - 1: go 2: print 3:turn right 4: stop ...
Advantages of underground structure: Weather protection, radiation prorection, thermoisolation (top cells serve as thermoregaulation), better access to natural resources (iron ore, gold, silver platinum, underground water, etc..) and much more...
3.1
A colony of probiobots and microorganisms is sent to Mars to populate the printed structure. Microorganisms and microflora provide air for future settlement.
3.2
Probiobots seal themselves hermetically inside the structure and create suitable conditions for human inhabitants.
4.1
First human crews arrive and customize the structure according to their needs, they can transform cells to water tanks, living areas, medical centers, cells for maintenance, fabrication, even waste disposal areas or relaxation. They use 3D printers to fabricate all equipment they need, filaments for printers are grown.
WE ARE THERE!!!
