Interference Tester

This is an interference tester. The main sample contains a square hole 10mm by 10mm and a cylindrical hole 10mm in diameter. There are a series of parts to fit in these of varying sizes. By printing and trying to fit these parts you can determine a suitable tolerance for interference fits. There is an FDM file (no supports needed) and a SLA file with supports included.

You can also establish the dimensional accuracy of your printer by measuring the dimensions of the holes and the blocks, to determine if the size of the object has any influence on the accuracy.
