About this model:
I thought it would be cool to have a modular case for Post-It notes which can sit on a desk at a couple angles and allow for new printed stencil plates whenever desired.
- This is designed with 2 versions: to fit a standard 3" Post-It note sheet block of either 50 sheets or 2 stacked for 100 sheets.
Max depth of notes:- 50 sheet version ~6mm
- 100 sheet version ~9.5mm
- The frame lid will slide down when sheets are used.
- The base can be used in 3 positions: Flat, or at the shallow 21 or steeper 48.8 degree angles. (you can flip the sliders/frame around on the base to whichever angle you want so the stencil always hinges right-side-up).
How to load the notes:
- squeeze the base lid sides and pull up - this should pull off pretty easily.
- Remove the middle slider and the top slider frame
- Place new notes in
- Put the sliders and back in and snap the base lid on the base.
Stencil covers:
- I've included 4 stencil covers for use, as well as a blank one so anybody can design a new one if they want - remixes are encouraged :)
- Task list - simple check box with lines
- Weekly calendar - useful to jot down a couple things during the week
- Graphing grid - useful for math, engineering, education, etc.
- Paper Plane maker - thought I would include a fun one as well. :)
- Foldable Flight is known to have made a ton of awesome paper plane designs, and this Post-It one caught my eye. This stencil is for the P-03 Rival. Start by stenciling out the main folds and follow his folding instructions:

Printing advice:
I printed everything at .2mm layer height; haven't tested others but anything finer should work.
Supports:
- I used supports on the base, the base lid, middle slider and top slider frame.
- Model orientation in the files I've included is intentional to how I printed mine.
Assembly:
- With all parts printed, snap the angle lock and angle stand pieces into the base. Make sure the parts are cleaned up well and don't use more force than necessary. They should go in with a little push hopefully.
- Place some notes onto the base center
- Place the Top Slider Frame around the notes
- Now place the middle slider in the base recess
- Add the base lid and snap it lightly onto the base
- Snap in a stencil cover like you did with the angled stands.
- Enjoy!
