Beschreibung

WARNING: This case is VERY snug by design. If your printer isn't well tuned then you may have an issue fitting it together.

Uses 4 M3*16 socket cap head screws and 4 M3 nuts.

Use the NO-CLIPS version if you have brittle filament or questionable layer adhesion as slight flexing is needed for installing the board into the standard version. The standard version has retention guides next to the to clock SMA ports to keep thin walled sections from bowing, but its mostly just cosmetic.

=========================================================

I wanted a case that would firmly hold my HackRF One clone without allowing any wiggle room. I originally printed this case by stimpy23, but the board was able to move around a bit and made me uncomfortable. The button holes also didn't fit correctly, but that's almost certainly because of variance in the clones part selection. Regardless, it was a good inspiration and I brought the slit pattern over to mine!

This was designed using measurements from the official HackRF KiCad file at time of posting, so any board that follows that layout should fit. If you wish to modify this, the screw holes in the corners are the anchor points! The buttons on clones seem to have slight variance, so the button holes are large and have a guard to prevent accidental pressing.

This is printed with hatchbox black PLA on the Bambu X1C at 0.16mm default profile with supports enabled. I printed a test without supports at 0.2mm and the screw holes got a bit messy, thought they did work after cleaning them up.

If you need any modifications I'm happy to help even if its years later! Feel free to comment with your requirements!
