Description

Do you keep mixing up which KeyForge decks are in which boxes? This box uses a top loader (thick card sleeve) to turn your Archon card into a lid so you know what’s inside.

Designed specifically to fit an unsleeved 36 card KeyForge deck. Tested out with Ultra Pro Regular Toploaders (#81222).

A Note About Height: The design assumes a layer height of 0.18mm and a first layer height of 0.27mm. The back of the box is set to be two layers thick. This has worked for the PLA+ that I tend to use but I’ve seen some comments from others that it’s too thin. If you’re finding that’s the case, use the Customizer / OpenSCAD file to add another layer or two.

Update 1: Per request, I’ve included a version that’s sized to hold sleeved cards. The spot for the cards measures 67mm x 92mm x 28mm. I haven’t tested it myself (and sleeves do vary) so let me know how it goes.

Update 2: I’ve included an OpenSCAD file that you can modify to adjust dimensions for your sleeved cards, put text along the side, or add more thickness to the bottom if your printer / filament needs more than two layers. The OpenSCAD file is slightly different from the .stl files, which were originally exported from Fusion 360.
