Description

This project should be paired with regular polygon pattern blocks found within the math or general education classroom. There are three different triangles (right isosceles, scalene, right scalene), a quadrilateral, a rectangle, right and scalene trapezoids, two pentagons (one with a concave angle), and two hexagons (one with a concave angle). All shapes are 5mm high. Most shapes have at least one side that is 25mm (like the regular polygon block set). This way students still have the opportunity to create and solve different tangrams. Each block type is printed in more than one color which prevents the misconception of identifying shapes by color.
