CLI-42 Drill Guide

Drill Guide for modifying Canon CLI-42 (CLI-8) inkjet cartridges for refilling with third-party inks such as those from PrecisionColors.

The modification uses a 5/32" drill bit, so the Drill Guide needs a 4mm hole. To account for PLA shrinkage, the Guide was designed with a 4.3mm hole. The cartridge fits snugly.

This Drill Guide is specifically purposed for ensuring a straight drill path for modifying the CLI-42 inkjet cartridge after removing the factory ball.
