Description

Hey there,

I was looking for a help to sort my small screws and parts when dissassembling devices or knifes.

There are already some available (stackable tray by mdcaptures or Customizable Magnetic Screw Tray/Box by rainer) but they did not fit my needs.

So I designed my own interpretation of a system to organize all the small screws and other medium sized parts.

Screw_Tray:This is the basic version of the screw tray.

Screw_Tray_Magnetic: This version has a higher bottom and it is able to insert 6x1 mm Magnetz.

Screw_Tray_Medium: This is a place where you can store slightly bigger parts. It is also stackable with normal screw trays.

Screw_Tray_XXL: This is similar to the normal screw tray but with more storage places. (Not stackable)

Screw_Tray_Lid: If you have to transport or store the screw trays you can put lids on the top units.

You can simply use a rubber band or something similar to fasten the stacked parts.

It is also a good idea to mark the different chambers with numbers to get the system even more organized.

I printed the parts with a 0,6 mm Nozzle and 0,2 - 0,3 mm layer hight. A 0,4 mm nozzle will also work fine and I recommend to go as low as you want with the layer heights.

Have fun and keep printin! :)
