Laser-Guided Gray Code Absolute Position Encoder

These are the files for my laser-guided, Gray-coded absolute position encoder. It can be unpowered for indefinite lengths of time and still provide an accurate reading of the current rotational position of the disk.

I will be remixing this project in the future with two versions, one that uses gears and one that uses a slip ring, both with the intention of mounting a wind vane to read wind direction digitally.
