Cute gnome!
However, the original was not non manifold etc. Printing it on the Ultimaker 2 resulted in loose feet.

I separated the objects and used booleans modifiers to create 1 watertight surface.

Also included is the blender file, for your editing pleasure. Some colours were added, but intended use is single material printers.

Netfab says yes!
