Descrizione
After trying a number of different drawers from Thingiverse, I decided to build my own.
I wanted to build something:
- Easy to install
- Less print time
- Modular structure, so I can add more drawers later if I need to
- Less filament usage
After a number of trial and errors, I finally managed to build a solid structure.
Print settings:
I used 10% infill for most all the parts, just make sure you print the connectors with a good resolution, the rest is not that important.
I used a plastic hammer to connect the sticks together, which might not be necessary in your case if you are strong enough. It just makes it easier to install.
Other than that, it would be a good idea to glue the knobs after printing.
To build the drawer in the picture you will need to print:
- 24 stick_4x4x50.stl
- 40 stick_4x4x100.stl
- 18 connector_5.stl
- 2 connector_3_v2.stl
- 12 connector_4_v1.stl
- 9 drawer.stl
- 9 drawer_holder.stl
- 9 knob.stl
Other stl parts are available for different structures.
Hope you enjoy!
